Witold Stok

Graduated from Polish Film School. Cinematographer of a number of Krzysztof Kieslowski’s documentaries and his much awarded early feature “Personnel”. In his own right directed string of documentaries during 70-ties in Poland. Worked with Marek Piwowski, Tomasz Zygadlo, Marcel Lozinski, Edward Zebrowski. Since 1982 settled in UK; works as Director of Photography on feature films incl. “Close My Eyes” and “Century” by St. Poliakoff, “Two Deaths” by N. Roeg, “Stringer “by P. Pawlikowski“, “The Match” by M. Davies. Most recently “Gladiatress” by Brian Grant – to be released by Icon in 2004.
